Tower Tax Credits, LLC is a company dedicated to maximizing the advantages tax credits offer to developers, businesses and investors. We seek to buy tax credits that are either quietly accumulating or openly on the market the following areas:
Housing:
multi-family and elder affordable housing
Historic: urban renewal, warehouses, classic restoration
Energy and Environmental (or Green): geothermal, solar, nuclear, hydroelectric,
industrial cleanup, efficiency retrofitting
Entertainment: film, television, commercial production, video and computer gaming
In turn, we place the acquired credits into private investor programs.
