William J. Michalak

Mr. Michalak is President and Chief Operating Officer of Tower Tax Credits, LLC. He has more than 30 years of senior level management experience, including service as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and senior consultant in the fields of investment banking and health care.

Highlights include:

Chief Compliance and Chief Operating Officer, Stateside Securities, LLC, a registered broker dealer of tax credit funds (sister company to Stateside Capital), 2006-2007

Chief Operating Officer of Stateside Capital, LLC, an acquirer and aggregator of Georgia Housing Tax Credits into investment funds (and sales and marketing arm of the fund company, Stateside Securities), 2004-2006

Senior consultant to the Atlanta office of Shattuck Hammond Partners, an investment-banking firm headquartered in New York City. Responsibilities included new business development, strategic advisory services, and private placement advisory services in the healthcare information technology (HCIT), managed care, and health care services sectors of the health care industry, 2002-2004

President, Chief Executive Officer, and co founder of Specialty Care Networks in Atlanta, and past President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Health Care Options, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama

Personal

Mr. Michalak graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later earned a Master of Business Administration at Roth Graduate School of Business Administration of Long Island University. He also served on the faculty of Emory University as an adjunct Professor of Business and Economics.

He is member of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition as well as a member of the U.S. Lacrosse Association and coach of the Marist High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. A father of three children, his daughters attend the University of Georgia and his son Riverwood High School.

Lee McClurkin

Mr. McClurkin is the Chief Financial Officer of Tower Tax Credits, LLC. His corporate finance career includes over 20 years with investment banking houses, most notably, Robinson-Humphrey. Mr. McClurkin has spent six years in industry in both senior operating and financial capacities. He has also has devoted over ten years pursuing entrepreneurial ventures through his investment banking and consulting firm.

Highlights include:

Founder and President, Providence Capital, Inc., an investment advisory and consulting company. Provided operations and financial consulting, leading a privately held health care service company to the successful acquisition by a public corporation. Provided liquidation and restructuring services to lenders: First Union, Chase Citicorp, C & S (BankAmerica), Atlantic National Bank and Virginia National Bank (BankAmerica) and other regional banks. Assisted insurance companies with their real estate REO and investment holdings, as well as other portfolio holdings. 1991 - Present

Managing Director in Corporate Finance, Robinson-Humphrey, and Executive Vice President (chief operating officer and chief financial officer), Robinson-Humphrey/American Express Properties, Inc. Provided bank restructuring. Intimately involved in the development of the strategy for restructuring Southmark and it the liquidation of certain of its assets to raise the a "war chest". Strategy required separating the Savings Bank from its parent, restructuring both entities to the satisfaction of numerous federal regulatory agencies and accomplishing these tasks in an environment of deflating real estate values. Also formed a real estate development group within a subsidiary of American Express. This group designed, financed, developed and sold $400,000,000 in Class "A" properties including hotels, office complexes and industrial properties. During this same period, negotiated, structured and directed the marketing of over $240,000,000 of other real estate syndications. 1981-1991

Chief Financial Officer, Sea Pines Company, one of the early large developers of residential/resort properties. Designed and managed one of the largest corporate restructurings in the Southeast to avoid bankruptcy in the Southeast. His well-executed plan resulted in more than 50 financial institutions recovering substantially all of their funds while the company was down-sized and survived. 1973-1975

Mr. McClurkin received his MBA (finance) from The Wharton School of Commerce, University of Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree (liberal arts) from University of Virginia.

Mr. McClurkin is a member of a number of professional business organizations and also serves as a qualified expert financial witness for issues with the Federal Power Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Service Commission in several states.

Robert W. Lennon

Mr. Lennon is Chairman of Tower Tax Credits, LLC. Over his career in the medical services, child care service and financial services fields, he has served as Founder and/or CEO of eight prior businesses that have been successfully developed, several of which were subsequently acquired during industry consolidations.

Chairman and CEO, Florida Medical Equipment Services , a large medical distribution company in Tampa/Saint Petersburg that was rolled into Rotec Medical, 1999-2004

Chairman, Crème de la Crème Inc., concept enrichment and development of five upscale early childhood development centers in Atlanta, GA, 1987-2004

Founder / Partner, American Ophthalmic (Welch, Carson, Anderson and Stowe ventured), consolidated small practices into large eye care/surgery centers in the South East, Midwest, and North East which was acquired by DRG, a NYSE member company, 1993-1997

Financial Consultant VP, Robinson Humphrey Co. / Smith Barney , 1988-2000

Founder / Partner, Omni Eye Services (ventured by Noro-Mosley), developed multiple outpatient examination and surgery centers in the South East and North East, acquired by Medical Care America, 1983-1989

Mr. Lennon is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, Deerfield, MA, Northwestern University and the U.S. Army. He is a member of rotary and many other business organizations. He is married to professional artist Valerie Lennon and has three children.
